Sizes and Quantities of Available Boxes:

We do not necessarily need exact numbers, but need to know approximately how many of each box we will be dealing with. This allows us to best prepare for your drop-off or pickup. Please make sure that most of your boxes meet our requirements.

If you have packing material or boxes that do not meet our requirements that you'd like us to have please describe them here. We cannot promise we'll be able to accept everything, but we'll try. We'll let you know in our confirmation email.

Drop-Off or Pickup:

You can schedule a time to drop-off your boxes in the Haight Ashbury neighborhood in San Francisco or we can pickup your boxes anywhere in our delivery area.

Fees and Payments

For drop-off we pay you $0.10 for each box in acceptable condition. For pickups we charge a fee of $20 minus $0.10 per each box in acceptable condition. Pickups of 100 or more boxes are free. We pay $0.10 for every box we pickup after the first 200. We may be able to reduce the pickup fee if you are located very close to us or if we already have a pickup or drop-off very close to you provided that you are flexible with the pickup time.

Scheduling

When scheduling drop-off or pickup please list as many available times as possible in order of preference (if any). We will contact you via email with our selected time (you can always request a change if something comes up).

Please allow as much time as you can for us to remove your boxes. This will not typically cause you to have boxes much longer, but will allow us to setup a more efficient schedule keeping our operations more economical and environmentally friendly. It will also reduce the chance that we will not be able to take your boxes due to existing commitments or constraints. We know that boxes can be a pain to have around and appreciate your help.
